  2. Page 50, Line -5 to -3. The statement:

    should be revised as follows:

    We note that the invariant zeros are equivalent to the so-called transmission zeros in the literature (see, e.g., [44,45]) when the given system is non-degenerate.

  3. Page 150, Line -2: ... transformation and state ... should be replaced by ... and state transformation ...

  4. Chapters 5 & 11: All references to Lemma 3.8.1 and Lemma 3.8.2 in Chapters 5 and 11 should be corrected as Theorem 3.8.1 and Theorem 3.8.2.

  5. Page 163, Lines 1 & 2: Corrections are marked in red boxes below.

  6. Page 207, Property 6.3.3 is valid only for the transformed system. The infinite zero structure of the original system as defined in (6.1.7) is slightly different from (6.3.35) due to differentiations on the system input.

  7. Page 267, Line 5: ... - K_a^+ E_a^+ x_a^- ... should be replaced by ... - K_a^+ E_a^- x_a^- ...

  8. Page 285, Line 4: ...unstable invariant at 2 and... should be replaced by ...unstable invariant zero at 2 and...
